Create a parent account that allows you to view all of your students with one account. You can also manage your account preferences. Learn more.

Please find below, instructions to create or access the PowerSchool Parent Portal. This Parent Portal is to be used to complete your student’s registration for the 2018-2019 school year. In addition, this Parent Portal provides opportunities for you to stay connected to your student’s progress throughout the year and receive pertinent communications about your student’s progress.

To access your EXISTING PowerSchool Parent Portal Account:

  • Forgot your username or password? No worries! Click on the “Forgot Username or Password?” link, input the email address that you used to establish the account to retrieve forgotten information.

  • If you have forgotten the email address that you used to establish the account, contact the Enrollment Office at 614-265-3380 or email us at

  • To set up a NEW PowerSchool Parent Portal Account:
  • Click on tab for "Create Account”, then click on the “Create Account” button

  • Fill in the parent account details and create a password. This password will be used throughout your tenure at DeSales - keep it safe!

  • Fill in each of your students’ names, Access ID# and Access Password.

  • Click Enter.

  • When prompted for an Access ID and Password, The access ID will be provided to your child by their Guidance Guidance Counselor. In the event you have misplaced your child's Access ID and password, please contact the Enrollment Office at 614-265-3380

  • *PLEASE NOTE* For families with multiple students enrolled at DeSales, please include all students on your individual account. An individual letter will be sent to you for each student containing their Access ID and Access Password.

    To add a new student to an existing account:
    Additional students in a family may be added to an existing account with the student’s Access ID and Password. Please note, this includes incoming freshmen.

  • Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal.
  • Under the Navigation menu on the left, choose “Account Preferences”.
  • Click the “Students” tab.
  • Click the “Add” button on the right hand side.
  • Enter the student’s name, Access ID and Access Password.
